He rarely ever took vacation or time away from his job, so it was rare that he ever let the irritation of dealing with the over-privileged brainless 'talent'. He hated them. Nearly every last one of them. It was nothing personal, really, they were just incredibly infuriating.
He dropped his laptop case on the floor by the door, unbuttoning the suit vest over his shirt and his cuffs. He just wanted to stretch out on the couch with a sandwich and a glass of alcohol. He sighed and glanced around. No sign of Gabe, not that he really expected it when the TV was off. So he slipped into the chair and leaned back with an arm over his eyes.
He just wanted to sleep.
